We work with a maximum of two integration clients at any given time. This is intentional. It means your project gets our full attention, not a fraction of it. When we are at capacity, we maintain a waitlist and can often scope a start date within 4 to 6 weeks.
Most deployments take 4 to 12 weeks depending on complexity. A single voice agent can go live in under 2 weeks. A multi-agent orchestration system with RAG and CRM integrations typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. We scope timelines during Discovery.
